For individual founders, company departments, we’ll be your PA and assistant to ensure you have covered all the basics and do the work to fill in the gaps. Minimum of 1 month depending on the services required.

2. Scale Ups – $ 1,499 / month (Inc GST)
For startups and small business that have revenue, and are scaling to the next level. Minimum of 1 month depending on the services required.

- Review Funding: Debt vs Equity, Convertible Notes, SAFE agreements, Share Options.
